Lead Construction | Corporate Photographer

Ashley contacted me about a corporate shoot for Lead Construction (http://leadconstructionllc.com).  Great!  More updates to websites, LinkedIn, marketing material, etc.  I brought lighting equipment and backdrop to their office in Tomball.  We did some headshots and thankfully it stopped raining long enough to take some shots outside – headshots and a couple of group shots.  The office is situated in a business park in the cutest little building.  A great background with trees and everything, what a treat!

From their website:

“We undertake construction projects throughout the Texas Markets.  Our client base includes many blue-chip companies across a wide range of sectors and many of the local companies and associations in the area.

We thrive on the challenges presented by complex projects. Complicated structural alterations, heavily occupied buildings, logistically awkward town centre locations, listed buildings, multi-storey tower blocks – all appeal to our strong can-do attitude and engineering background.  Whether the procurement route is through partnering, framework agreement or traditional tender, our senior management team will be involved from initial contact to completion, guaranteeing a quality service and ensuring that your project receives the attention it deserves.”

Thank you Lead Construction.  All my best to you and your business!

If you’ve ever wondered what actually happens during a branding session… this is it 😅

It’s not just about getting great photos — it’s about creating an experience where you can show up, relax, and let your personality come through.

The truth is...

Different images serve different purposes. The photo you use for LinkedIn might not be the same one you use for a speaking engagement, your website, or a personal brand feature.

Your audience, your industry, your role, and the message you want to communicate all influence how your images should look and feel.

That’s why thoughtful, intentional branding photography makes such a difference. When your photos align with your goals, they start working for you — helping you build trust and credibility before you ever say a word.

The difference between good branding photos and great ones..?

Your wardrobe strategy.

Every outfit in a branding session should have a purpose. Different looks help you show different sides of your brand — and give you images you can use across your website, social media, speaking engagements, and more.

Carrie absolutely nailed it with her wardrobe choices for this session. ✨

The photos might look polished…
but behind the scenes there’s a lot of laughing, hyping clients up, and figuring out the best angles together.

Branding sessions should feel relaxed, collaborative, and honestly… pretty fun.

This is what it really looks like on set. ✨

Everyone says “I’m not photogenic”… until they’re actually in front of a camera with someone who knows how to pose them.

A little direction. A little encouragement. A few tiny adjustments…and suddenly they’re like, “Wait—THAT’S me?”

You don’t need to be photogenic.
You just need support.
