Outdoor Headshots

Outdoor headshots are becoming more and more popular – they are typically a little more casual and relaxed than studio portraits.  As a Houston headshot photographer, I can find a time most of the year when we can take an outdoor headshot.  Outdoor settings provide ample options for backgrounds too.  Sometimes just a change of direction can completely change the image.  Walking around during the session also usually helps to relieve any anxiety or nervousness about being in front of the camera.  And I’m usually doing about 10 silly things too that you can laugh at, like losing my lens caps.

Madelynn’s Headshot

I have photographed Madelynn a number of times for the National Charity League.   As she heads off to college, Madelynn needed some casual, fun headshots.  So we met at the local park and although it was a little chilly, we were greeted by some gorgeous afternoon sun.  Madelynn had to warm up in the sun in between shots!  We got some headshots and some full-body shots as she needed.  We laughed and chatted along the way and had a truly fun, relaxed session.  I love my job, can you tell??
