The Woodlands Realtor Headshot

Realtors need headshots for various purposes: business cards, signs, brochures, websites, and other marketing pieces.  A professional headshot is the only way to go when starting your real estate business.  People do business with people.  Your current headshot is the first chance to make a great impression with potential buyers and sellers in the market.  Be confident and professional – show them that they can trust you in finding their perfect home or selling their current one.

Headshots for Katie

Katie has a full time job but just got her real estate license.  She knew that one of the first things on the list as a new real estate agent is to get a current professional headshot.  After she finished with hair and makeup, Katie and I had a great headshot session!  A classic black jacket is always a great choice for a headshot.  This headshot will easily be used for all of her marketing needs.  With a professional headshot in hand, Katie can begin to build her business with Keller Williams.  All my best Katie in your new business and with your new little one on the way!  Enjoy this exciting time in your lives.

You don’t need the most expensive gear to be a good photographer.

When I first started, I thought I needed everything—top-tier camera, expensive lighting, all of it.

The reality?

A solid camera and a good lens will take you a long way.

If you’re just starting out, keep it simple:
✨ A versatile zoom lens (24–70mm or 70–200mm)
✨ Gear you can rely on and learn inside and out

And when it comes to lighting—especially outdoors—don’t overinvest too early.

Wind happens. Gear gets knocked over. Things break.

Light is light.

Focus on learning how to use what you have before worrying about upgrading everything.
