  3. Use your headshot in your marketing materials: Incorporating your headshot into your marketing materials, such as brochures, flyers, or business cards, can help make them more eye-catching and memorable. It can also help build trust with potential clients by showcasing your professionalism.
  4. Create social media banners with your headshot: Using your headshot in your social media banners can help you stand out on platforms like Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn. It can also help reinforce your personal brand and make your profiles more visually appealing.

Branding Images and Headshots

We had a great time creating branding images for Susan Vaughan and her team!  They had full hair and makeup services and then came prepared with wardrobe options for lots of different looks.  The portfolio gives them so many options for marketing pieces from billboards to business cards.

Taking team photos that actually look like your team 👇🏻

Clean. Consistent. Professional.

Because when your entire team shows up cohesively across your website, LinkedIn, and marketing… it makes a difference.

It builds trust.
It feels more established.
And it reflects the level your business is operating at today.

If you’re planning a team session, there’s more to it than just picking a date and showing up.

That’s exactly why I created a Corporate Headshot Planner—to help you organize everything ahead of time so your session runs smoothly and your final images feel aligned.

📥 Grab it through the link in my bio and start planning your team’s update.
This is why good branding photos feel different 👇🏻

A strong session isn’t just about showing up and taking a few pictures.

It’s about direction.
It’s about intention.
It’s about creating images you can actually use across your business.

The end result should feel aligned—like your photos finally match the level you’re operating at now.

But here’s the part most people skip…
Before you ever step in front of the camera, you need clarity on your brand.

✅ What do you want your brand to feel like?
✅ How do you want to show up?

That’s exactly why I created my Brand Personality Workbook—to help you define that first so your photos actually work for you.

📥 Grab it through the link in my bio, then let’s plan your session.
It’s funny… people assume I’m just showing up, taking photos, and moving on.

But in reality, I’m rooting for my clients long after the session is over.

Hoping they feel more confident.
Hoping they land the opportunity.
Hoping their photos help them show up the way they’ve been wanting to.

Because it’s never just about the pictures.

📩 If you’re ready for photos that actually support where you’re going, you can book through the link in my bio.
You don’t just get a few photos…

You get a full set of images you can actually use—
for your website, your content, your launches, and everything in between.

Because as a coach, you are your brand.
And the way you show up visually matters more than most people realize.

My goal isn’t just to take good photos—
it’s to help you feel confident, natural, and aligned in how you present yourself.

📩 If you’ve been putting off branding photos, this is your sign—link in bio to start planning.
Mid-session. Camera in hand. Client in front of me…
and suddenly my camera starts throwing error codes.

I turn it off. Pull the battery. Take the card out.
Put everything back in and hope it works again.

And then it happens again.

Three memory cards failed on me during that shoot.

After that, I switched to Sony Tough cards—and haven’t had an issue since.

It’s one of those things you don’t think about… until you’re in a high-pressure moment and your gear has to perform.

📥 If you’re a photographer and want a breakdown of the gear I actually use and trust, I’ve put together a guide—link in bio.

👇🏼 But I'm curious, what cards have been working for you?
