Extended Senior Session
Sometimes one single session for a high school senior is just not enough! An extended session (or multiple sessions), allows us to create unique imagery in different locations. For instance, if a high school senior plays a sport, one of the sessions might involve that sport, complete with equipment and uniform. Or a senior who plays a musical instrument might want a session in the auditorium with instrument and performance attire. The flexibility of having two separate sessions allows for different hair and makeup for the girls as well. The regular session would be the session with hair, makeup, and street clothes.
Session with Sophia
My sessions with Sophia for her senior portraits were so much fun! She does silks at The John Cooper School – think Cirque du Soliel! First, we held a session at the school on stage with silks. She wore a couple of different outfits that coordinated with the silks colors and we did one set with the lyra hoop. Her teacher helped us with equipment and poses and with throwing the silks around for movement! It was a blast! Then, Sophia and I did a second session the next week at a local event venue. She had hair and makeup done and a few outfit changes for a great variety of final images! I can’t wait for her to see the album and other goodies!
