Baptism Photography
One of the very special religious rites in the Catholic church is baptism. Some are baptized as infants and others a little older, but each baptism (no matter the age) is special in its own way. The child is welcomed into a community of faith and encouraged and supported in their faith journey by this community. Parents, relatives, and Godparents agree to love and support the child as they grow and experience life. The child will have questions as they mature and experience joy and suffer loss. We all walk this journey as a community of humans on this earth. I walk with you and you with me. We stretch, we suffer, we love, we endure and we journey on to something greater than ourselves. Through your baptism, you are connected to us all.
Baptism Day for Miss P
Miss P had a very different baptism in these days of the Covid pandemic. The priest and attendees wore masks. We socially distanced. But we still welcomed this beloved baby into the arms of Christian love. The beautiful Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Conroe was a perfect setting for the day.
