Giving Back with Family Portraits

I love to be able to give back to my community. I consider it an honor and an opportunity. There are many ways that I give back to my community and one of those is through school auctions. Sometimes it’s a sports team raising money for the athletics program. And other times it’s just an auction for the school or the teachers. It’s all for a good cause and I’m happy to be able to participate.

Family Portraits for Raina

Raina is a kindergarten teacher. I think that’s one of those professions that should be very highly paid! To teach kindergarten takes a certain type of person and lots and lots of patience. You immediately get a class of 20 new babies! Raina’s school PTO contacted me about an auction for the teachers. I was happy to help and was very excited to meet Raina and her family. The boys were a hoot and we got some amazing family photos for her own family. I know she will treasure these family portraits – a quiet moment in the chaos of these years. She will hold the memories close as her boys grow. Thanks Raina and best of luck with those kindergartners!

🤝🏼 Meet Stacie Coleman!

Stacie is a familiar face here in The Woodlands and works with Project Beacon, a local nonprofit providing resources and support for adults with autism. 🤍

For her recent headshot session, we made sure to capture the classics—a polished, traditional gray background that can work just about anywhere.

But we didn’t stop there. 💗💙

We also brought in pink and blue backgrounds for a few images that feel brighter, more playful, and full of personality.

Because professional headshots do not have to be boring.

Your headshot should make sense for your role and where you plan to use it, but it should also feel like you. Your background, wardrobe, expression, and overall style can all work together to complement your personality and your organization’s brand aesthetic.

I love the variety we created for Stacie—and I especially love that she now has options depending on where and how she wants to show up.
