Outdoor Headshots
An alternative to the studio headshot is an outdoor, environmental headshot. These are fast becoming a favorite for a more relaxed, warm, friendly headshot. Although probably not an option for big corporate headshot sessions, the outdoor headshot is great for one person or a small group. Even in a small area, we can find different and interesting backgrounds for your headshots. We can still do wardrobe changes as well giving you several options for different looks. This environmental option is still polished and professional but with a more casual and open look.
Headshots for Cari and Cindy
Cari has written a number of books and hosts her own radio show. She’s used to the camera and to creating marketing pieces that grab your attention! She wanted some updated headshots to use for her next marketing campaign. We met at her house and used her back yard as our studio. Using different angles and lighting and wardrobe, we created about seven unique looks for her to choose from. In the end, she chose her most favorite headshots for me to edit and deliver. I love them all!
Cindy’s company asked for a headshot to be put on the website. Since she didn’t have a recent headshot, we met at the office to get a great one for her. We started in her office shooting out the window with a beautiful green blurry background. Then we went just outside the office building into the shady area. This provided a beautiful natural background for her headshots. A nearby bench provided a perfect spot for a very natural and relaxed headshot! Again, I’m in love with the resulting images!
