Real Estate

The real estate business relies heavily upon its agents. Like any service-based business, the main reason for hiring someone is that they are the expert in the field and you are not. That’s also why you hire an accountant, a lawyer, or a car mechanic. Realtors know their business including the market and the laws. A good real estate agent will guide you through the process of buying or selling property, either commercial or residential. Here are a few reasons to hire a real estate agent:

Knowledge of Market Conditions: a real estate agent will have a sense of whether the market is up or down. They know if things are selling or not.
Experience in Negotiations: you want someone in your court to be an advocate for your side. If things get heated, they can take it and will have the experience to handle the negotiations.
Pricing: a realtor will have experience in pricing and will know how to price something to sell or can give you advice on whether an asking price is too high

Find a real estate agent who knows the market and the law and rely on them to be your advocate.

Headshots for Steven

Steven contacted me after taking an offer for a senior-level position with a major commercial real estate firm in The Woodlands. He needed a new headshot for the position and he needed it quickly! We had a great headshot session in the studio and we picked a favorite during the session. After editing the headshot, I sent him the image which he was able to turn around to the new company before the deadline. All my best, Steven, in this exciting new adventure!
