I have photographed this adorable family for years…as the family has grown, so has our ability to wrangle the kiddos and get photos in those in-between moments where no one else is looking. That’s where this first photo happened. Not at all wanting to be part of the family photos – Miss M was set free and then promptly gave me a huge smile! Free at last! And when all else fails and the youngest is happy in the tree…you take photos with the littlest in the tree!

“Should I wear the red one… or the blue one?”
The truth is, your tie isn’t about preference—it’s about how it looks on camera.
What works best:
✅ Solid colors or subtle patterns
✅ Navy, burgundy, or charcoal tones
✅ A clean, standard width
✅ A slight texture (not too shiny, not too flat)
What to avoid:
❌ Loud prints
❌ Large patterns
❌ Anything that pulls attention away from your face
