Family Portrait Photography
Family portraits are one of my favorite things to photograph! I love the interaction with Mom and Dad and helping the kids feel comfortable in front of the camera. Although some kids need no help with that at all! In today’s age of cameras and phones, the kids are used to posing and having fun with the camera. I love it! I like to get a mix of posed portraits with everyone smiling and looking at the camera. Then we mix those with giggles, laughter, walking, and playing. I love to watch the family just being together. It’s an opportunity to step out of the normal busyness and routine. Play a game, sing a song, or dance and just enjoy the moment!
Fall Family Photos
I had the opportunity to photograph several families this Fall. Everyone had beautifully selected their wardrobe to coordinate with each other. We met in a private setting so that we could have our own space. It was wonderful! Family portrait photography is so important. Family portraits hanging on the walls send a message to the kids and family and friends that you value family. You value the individuals and the family as a whole. It is important to you and you love seeing them every time you walk down that hallway. I know I do!
