Clean White Headshot Background

There is something classic and timeless about a clean, white headshot background. For websites that are mostly white, the white headshot background works especially well. Instead of looking at a dark grey box for the headshot, it blends seamlessly into the website. I also like a white background for LinkedIn because I think it makes your profile image stand out. It looks professional and clear of the clutter and noisy backgrounds that many profiles have. When you’re networking in the business world, it’s a good thing to look professional and confident. To me, that’s what this background does for a business headshot.

Headshots for Janna

Janna needed a new headshot and she needed a clean white and bright background. Perfect! I set up background and lighting in the studio and we were off and running. Her professional look and the white background were exactly what she needed. We selected a shot during the session and I was able to edit the image and get it to her quickly to meet the company deadline. Her final headshot selection is a beautiful representation of her and it fits the needs for her company as well.

I’m a North Houston photographer specializing in professional headshots, branding photography, senior portraits, and family photography.

🤝🏼 Meet Stacie Coleman!

Stacie is a familiar face here in The Woodlands and works with Project Beacon, a local nonprofit providing resources and support for adults with autism. 🤍

For her recent headshot session, we made sure to capture the classics—a polished, traditional gray background that can work just about anywhere.

But we didn’t stop there. 💗💙

We also brought in pink and blue backgrounds for a few images that feel brighter, more playful, and full of personality.

Because professional headshots do not have to be boring.

Your headshot should make sense for your role and where you plan to use it, but it should also feel like you. Your background, wardrobe, expression, and overall style can all work together to complement your personality and your organization’s brand aesthetic.

I love the variety we created for Stacie—and I especially love that she now has options depending on where and how she wants to show up.
