Family Photos
Rhonda contacted me months ago about celebrating her engagement and her family. After a few reschedules due to weather, we finally made it to our session day! The day started a little bit cloudy but then the sun appeared and it was a beautiful day for a family portrait session. Sometimes you find new and unexpected things in a very common, ordinary place. This first image has a tree that I’ve walked by a hundred times. Before our session on this day, I had never SEEN the tree like this. It is now one of my favorite images. The sun shining down on the two of them, small yet entangled in love and rooted to the ground and to each other.
