The company website is a tool for introducing yourself to potential clients, customers, and partners. The corporate headshot is a fantastic way to introduce your leadership and teams as well.

If you can also show interaction among the team, you’re able to provide more information about your company and the individuals who make it great. On your website, include what I call “action shots”. No, we’re not taking the team outside to play basketball. But we are likely to meet in the conference room and have a fake meeting. This will be a fun meeting where we talk about what’s for lunch or what you’re planning for your next vacation. The idea is to show your interactions with each other. You are a team and you will partner the same way with your clients to create success!
Action Shots for Next Decade
After getting a headshot of the newest leadership team member, my contact for Next Decade asked if we could take a few “action shots” to update the website. Of course!! I love these shots because they show a little bit of the office atmosphere. But more importantly, they show the interactions of the people all working toward the same goal.
