It’s important for kids to see the orthodontist as early as 6-8 years of age. When seen this early, some orthodontic treatments can help correct problems that, if treated later, could result in surgery. Dr. Paige would rather use a simple orthodontic treatment early and avoid more serious treatments and even surgery at a later time.
